The 2018 Rosé was made with the saignée method to maximize color extraction from the press. This lot comes from a block of 777 clone Pinot Noir grown at Johan Vineyard. Because of the clonal choice and saignée method it is not necessary to blend in still Pinot Noir for color and flavor prior to bottling. This is the purest expression of champagne method rosé.
